In-room and hotel facilities

All hotel rooms at the Ulbster Arms are ensuite. They include breakfast as standard, served in the main hotel building. We have a choice of room types. Each with a flat-screen TV, high-speed free Wi-Fi, complimentary toiletries and tea/coffee-making facilities with locally baked biscuits. All rooms have a dedicated desk area. If you are travelling with colleagues, we can arrange group bookings. We also have the option of private group accommodation within your own private building set within our Caithness hotel grounds. The Ulbster Arms offers free private parking for all guests. Additionally, an electric EV charging point is available on-site, subject to availability.
