Our main hotel building has 13 ensuite bedrooms, many of which overlook the River Thurso or Halkirk Church and clock tower. This is our traditional Scottish hotel offering, located in a beautiful 19th-century building. We also have 3 buildings on the grounds, which offer an additional 16 hotel rooms with contemporary interiors. All rooms include breakfast as standard, served in the main hotel building. Breakfast is the full Scottish number, as well as fresh fruit, juice, yoghurt and cereal. We have a private car park located to the rear of the hotel, free for all guests.

The Ulbster Arms is the ideal base for your business trip to Caithness. Get in touch to discuss our corporate packages, which we can tailor to your needs. Our Ulbster and Milton buildings are available for exclusive group bookings of 6 or 8 people. They are separate from the main hotel building and include a private communal lounge space.
